Welcome to my counselling site. I work with children, young people and adults, providing a safe and non-judgemental space to explore the areas of life that are challenging.
I strongly believe that, whatever age you are, having someone to try and hear and understand what you are experiencing can bring healing and allow you to find positive steps forward.
With children and young people I provide a space for them to explore their feelings through play, art, drawing and games according to their age and interest, and explore coping strategies to help them to improve their wellbeing.
About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor with wide experience working with children, young people and adults in a variety of settings including schools, youth services and bereavement services as well as in private practice.
I was a primary school teacher for many years, before becoming school wellbeing lead, promoting health and wellbeing and working 1-1 with pupils and with groups, to support those dealing with anxiety, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem and other issues. Alongside this I gained my post-graduate diploma as a counsellor with adults and then a further diploma to counsel children and young people.
I now work as a counsellor with children (from age 7), young people and adults, from several locations in Chester, Wrexham and Chirk.

Services and prices
I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation by phone or online to discuss what is troubling you, to see whether you feel counselling with me is right for you or for your child, and to answer any questions you may have. If you decide to go ahead then we can book your first session.
Counselling session (50 minutes) £45
I work from premises in Chester, Wrexham and Chirk.
Online sessions also available (for adults only)
